Food waste remains a pressing issue in Europe.
Now, more than ever, the European Commission is at the forefront of the fight against waste throughout the supply chain.
Leveraging advanced technologies, the MICROORC project will demonstrate the effectiveness of solutions for monitoring and regulating the microbiome of foods to dramatically reduce food waste, from production to fork.
