EFFoST2024 aims to foster interdisciplinary collaboration within the food sector, working towards the broader goal of ensuring a global supply of safe, nutritious, sustainable, and widely accepted food for all. This aligns with the World Health Organization’s (WHO) ‘One Health’ concept.
In this year edition, which took place in the city of Bruges, Belgium from 12-14 November 2024, MICROORC was showcased by CiaoTech – Gruppo PNO in the frame of the poster session organized within the event agenda.
Simona Mincione had the opportunity to present how MICROORC will develop sustainable solutions that reduce and prevent food spoilage and food waste to researchers, scientists, policy makers, professionals and students from multi-disciplinary food-related fields.
